The ECP is holding the Seventh anniversary concert on Saturday, October 11, 2008, at the Edmonton Winspear theatre entitled “North Meets South”. The concert will be given by the Edmonton Chinese Philharmonica, joined by invited guest performer Gaohu Master Chen Guo Chan, Macie Ho and Calla Tan from Toronto. Master Chen Guo Chan shall be performing several memorable Gaohu solo pieces. This concert is destined to be an exciting cultural exchange between music groups from Hong Kong and Edmonton. The concert will certainly be very interesting and enjoyable.

為慶祝愛城民樂團成立七周年，本樂團將會在今年二零零八年十月十一日星期六晚上，假座亞省愛城音樂廳，舉行『嶺南嶺北絲竹緣』音樂會；是次音樂會，我們很榮幸邀請到了多倫多高胡大師陳國產先生、琵琶演奏家何曉梅和揚琴演奏家譚穎如來愛城與我們一起演出；陳國產先生當晚將會演出多首高胡獨奏名曲.
